Bar Cart Inspiration

Since we've been spending so much more time at home lately, we've been spending more time decorating! We moved into our current place about a year ago but the last 12 months (pre-COVID) have been a whirlwind of travel with two international trips, a road trip to Cleveland and long weekends in Savannah and San Diego. It's safe to say that decorating wasn't my priority when it came to time or money. But now that there's not much else to do, we've finally started to make our rented apartment in Brewerytown feel like home. We've decorated most of our living room which you can get a glimpse of here and I'm starting to think about the kitchen next. We don't have the biggest space, so we have to be mindful when it comes to choosing any furniture.

Currently, all of our liquor (which is mostly gin and whiskey) is taking up precious counter space so the next purchase we want to make is a bar cart. I started browsing for different options and didn't realize there would be so many! Do we want a round or rectangular shape? Rose gold or wood? Something with wheels or no? Once we have one - do we want to decorate it with plants or books or keep it entirely functional? Should we hang a print above it? These are all questions I've been asking myself so I decided to pull a little inspiration from around the web. Do you have a bar cart at home?
