Happy New Year! Can you believe that we're already in 2020!? This past year flew by so quickly but I'm still feeling ready for a fresh start. I rang in the New Year with friends and we had such a great time. I decided to wear this shimmery red jumpsuit and not only was it cute but it was also so comfy! I paired it with my new favorite velvet headband and my go to Asos booties. Although I wore this to ring in the New Year this could easily be re-worn for a more casual party as well. I also love that this jumpsuit can be worn all year long. During the summer I may dress it up with a pair of strappy sandals, layered gold necklaces and a clutch for a wedding that I'll be attending.
Do you have any specific goals for the new year? Mine are mostly just to be more present and to spend a little more time away from my phone and computer. I would love to read and write more this year. I'm also hoping to visit a country I've never been to before which is a yearly goal I've kept for myself since 2015. And, as always, I'm hoping to continue to become a better friend, partner, sister and daughter. The start of a new year always feels so optimistic and hopeful, I'm hoping to carry those feelings with me throughout the year instead of just at the beginning.
