Floral Midi Dress

 

I know, I know - we've all heard it, "Florals for spring? Groundbreaking." But I'm really loving floral midi dresses lately. A floral midi dress is so easy to dress up or down or to style somewhere in the middle. A few weekends ago I was heading to a casual brunch with a few friends followed by an afternoon high tea with a few local bloggers. I didn't want to be too dressed up for brunch or too dressed down for tea. Styling this dress with a pair of mules, a red lip, a crossbody bag and hoops, I felt like I was able to land right in the middle. 

 
Being able to throw on a dress and run out the door has been the absolute best. There are definitely still a few chilly (and rainy) spring days here and there but overall we have been lucking out with warm and sunny days. It makes me want to spend all of my time outdoors whether it's taking a longer scenic route to where I'm going or sitting outside for brunch. I'm definitely soaking in every ounce of spring this year.
