Favorite Color Combo: Maroon and Black

Since it's March I'm probably supposed to start sharing outfits that include colors like lilac and yellow but yet here we are again with another winter look. I live in Philadelphia which means it's still freezing out! I can still feel spring coming (hello, longer days!) but for now, turtlenecks and tights are still my BFFs.

Black and maroon is one of my favorite color combos. It's so easy to pair together and I love throwing on a plum lip instead of my usual cherry red every once in awhile. And even though maroon technically isn't a neutral, I feel like it can be combined with almost anything. I paired this look with this adorable little snake print bag I got last summer for the Taylor Swift concert. I haven't used it much since then but it's the perfect bag to throw on for a night out. It just fits credit cards and lipstick but then again, that's all you really need for a night out!
