After mingling and snacking we got started on creating our vision boards. I haven't really gotten a chance to sit and think about what I really want this year to look like yet so this was a great start. I was naturally gravitating towards travel photos (shocker, I know), simple design and words such as yes, dream, style, wild, variety and balance. 2018 admittedly not a very good year for me. I was so incredibly burnt out throughout the entire twelve months and felt like I was stuck with no direction. This year I'm going to focus on reflecting, minimizing my physical purchases (I would rather spend money on experiences than things), resting when I need to and living with more intention while worrying less. I always feel like I'm so behind everyone else but I need to remember there's no real time table we need to follow. Each of our lives are uniquely ours and I would rather just enjoy it instead of just comparing my life to everyone else's all the time. Also, my best friend Chanel was there as well so it was fun to see her vision for 2019 come together as well.
Whether it's online or an old school collage, have you created a vision board for this year? What would you include on yours?
This looks like so much fun! And I love your outfit, that shirt is one of my favorites. I used to make vision boards in my journal every year but haven't in awhile. This kinda makes me want to do one this year!

This event looks like it was so much fun! It actually kinda takes me back to middle school -- hanging out with girlfriends, flipping through magazines, and crafting :) Vision boards are a great way to focus yourself; I hope your 2019 comes together through your vision! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's

This is such a nice idea :) Right now we're all so "digital", but it feels so much fun once in a while to craft something! Your blog is very cute, by the way! <3
