I wore this dress a few days ago when I was with Derek and forgot how much I loved it. I actually wore this same outfit months ago on Easter but I was so sick with a bad cold that I ended up sleeping through the whole day. Anyway, this dress has such a soft, silky material it's incredibly comfortable to wear which is always a plus. I love BB Dakota Dresses and I have a feeling I'm going to look through their website for my next holiday dress purchase.
Today is the first day of my junior year. I can't get over the fact that I'm now a junior in college. Halfway through. And yet I don't feel any more prepared for the real world than last year. But then again, I'm unsure if I will ever truly feel prepared. I'm back in Philly now, my lease starts September 1st so as of now my roommate and I are staying with friends throughout the week and crashing on their couch. It feels strange to not be settled anywhere yet, but at the same time I kind of love that I am able to live my life like this for now. This week is dedicated to new classes, seeing new and old friends again and just enjoying this beautiful summer week in Philadelphia. Have a great week!
You look so pretty! Great dress!

Girl, I'm a junior in college, too! Isn't it weird how we're already halfway through? Sometimes I feel like I don't even know this campus well enough to be a junior. Sigh, we'll get through it together!

I love this dress! It's so pretty and it seems perfect for Easter. Coincidentally, I was also super sick on Easter and couldn't even eat any of the yummy food my family made. :( But I do love dressing up for the holidays and being festive!

I don't think you really are ever prepared to leave college. But it seems to all come together in the end. Lovely dress.

ReplyDeleteI actually used to live in Philly too! I'm in South Jersey now but am still in the city all the time. What part are you in??
BB Dakota makes the best dresses. Also, their Jack by BB Dakota line is also amazing. I don't think I've ever been disappointed in anything I've purchased from either line. That dress is beautiful!
