Whenever I have to go out and run errands, flats with a bright top is always a great option. It's easy and comfortable, and with the right top you can still look stylish. When I saw this top on sale I decided to get it right away, deciding it would be a great top to make an outfit. I'm also looking for the perfect colorful skirt to go with it for the days I feel like dressing up more. This top has also been great now that I'm back at school, especially with having so many 8am classes.
