Summer style should be effortless, especially if you live somewhere hot and humid. Philadelphia is like a bubble of humidity all summer long so finding clothes that will be cute and comfortable is always a fun challenge. My friends and I were headed to a riverside bar after sundown so the goal was to look a little dressed up but not to overheat. Halter tops are one of my favorite options for summer nights and wide leg light pants are fun over the usual shorts for a night out as well. Straw bags have been everywhere this summer. It's such a fun addition to a summer wardrobe and I love all the shapes and color options. I found this bag at Free People for under $60 and I already know it's going to be my go-to bag for the rest of the summer.

I hope everyone is having a good week so far! How is next week already going to be August? Where is the summer going? I saw fall clothes in the windows of a few shops and couldn't believe it, but I guess we are getting to that time. Has your mind started to wander into fall fashion or are you still 100% in summer? (I'm definitely still in full-on summer mode).
