Hot Diggity

I think if it came down to me choosing the number one thing I find the hardest about living in Philadelphia is missing my family. I'm so close to my parents as well as my grandparents so it can be hard for me to be away from them for more than a few weeks. Luckily, only being 2 hours away, they come to visit me whenever I don't have the opportunity to take the train home every few weeks. I love when they come see this new place I call a home. None of them have ever really lived in a city so I love seeing their reactions to all of the craziness here. Last time they came we went to South Street (one of the more eccentric streets in Philly) and went to a new gourmet hot dog place and it was delicious. I usually don't like hot dogs but these were an exception! Also, the fries and blueberry soda was pretty awesome. I went with the desert dog which was piled with spicy green chile, tortilla strips and pinto beans. Yum. Also, I loved the cool, cheeky images for all the dogs.
