Utility jumpsuits, coveralls, the boilersuit - whichever name you choose, the utilitarian menswear inspired coveralls are currently trending and have been since 2017. Although I noticed quite a few of my favorite fashion icons were rocking this look before it was on trend. Boilersuits and coveralls were traditionally meant to be used as a protective cover for those in physically active jobs and have made their way into fashion, similar to blue jeans. Although you may (or, hey, you may be!) an electrician or exterminator - you can still definitely rock this one piece look. Throw on a blazer and a pair of booties and all of a sudden you have a super chic and on the go look. What do you think - boilersuits yay or nay?

I do like jumpsuits, but I think boilersuits would be too heavy on me. But I don't doubt that other people could make them work! -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's
ReplyDeleteImho, some boiler suits do look really cute and are such a perfect statement fashion piece! I adore a khaki or army green one or a tan colored one if it is done right!
ReplyDeletePersonally I have not yet tried this trend out but am definitely starting to look into it more :)
