Every year since I moved to Philadelphia in 2011 I've been going back to Christmas Village by City Hall. Derek moved to Philly in 2015 and since then we've made it a tradition to go together. There are a few things we get every time we go such as the mulled wine (my favorite ever since I tried it in Hungary!) and Belgian waffles - yum! There are so many different stands, various businesses and artists sell their merchandise in the European-inspired market. I always find the most unique gifts for family members and friends here each year! One of the best parts is that it's not just a market but there's an entire winter wonderland set up around City Hall. There's an ice skating rink, a winter garden and hot chocolate bar. You can even buy your Christmas Tree here!
What are your favorite Holiday traditions in your city or town?
These are all such beautiful photos!

I remember your blog post about it last year! I love that the Christmas Village is so central to Philly and so easy to get to! Also... HOT CHOCOLATE BAR WHAT?? -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's

How fun! It looks so magical with the snow layered and everyone bundled up. Great vendors and entertainment too! That's a southern California girl talkin' - but I know I'd never be able to live in the climate. Thanks for sharing and for travel inspiration!
