For those that have been following my blog for a while, every Fall I post about the Fall Fest, one of the events I look forward to the most every year. It's a big country music festival that has "secret" tickets. Except the tickets aren't so secret anymore, you just pick up however many you want at the local gas station, Turkey Hill.
This year Lonestar was the headliner. Their music was basically part of my childhood soundtrack. I remember my parents and all of the families living on military bases listening to them all the time, so the concert in general had a nostalgic feel.
I really liked the two openers, Frankie Ballad and Joe Nichols. It was great just to be by the country side for the weekend, especially now that Fall is finally here. There's nothing like Fall in a rural area.
Aww, nice. :) It reminds me of when I used to go to the Allentown Fair. Where was this?
