I officially leave Philly for the summer on Wednesday and I'm realizing how much I'm going to miss my friends. It's funny how in college you make friends from all over the place, and then you go months without seeing them and after the summer it will be like nothing has changed. It's reassuring to know that as you get older, it's easier to keep friendships despite distance. It also makes me excited for the future when we all move to different places and get the chance the visit each other. Having a close friend in another city will give me the perfect excuse for a vacation, am I right?
Me, Adrienne and Nadia took these in Washington Square Park yesterday. It was such a beautiful sunny day. We started off the day shopping, then went to Reading Terminal where we got the best donuts I've ever had and then laid in the park for a few hours. I love days like those.
Hope you all are having a good weekend. Only one more final to go and then that's the end of my sophomore year of college!
so pretty!!

Oh how fun! :)
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you had such a great day!
ReplyDeleteI do find sometimes the best friendships are the ones that pick up right where you left off, despite not seeing each other for months at a time. Oh, and as someone with a good friend who lives far away, it does make for a great vacation :)

ReplyDeleteAre you becoming more partial to the city? I only went home for part of the summer after my Sophomore year. After that I just stayed at school because all of my friends were there.
Looks like such a fun time! Great outfits!
