Last week when I woke up, I wasn't exactly in the mood for the same bland breakfast of cereal with soy milk and fruit, so I looked through the fridge and found that we had a full container of blueberries. It's been a few weeks since I had any kind of baked good for breakfast so I decided I would give homemade blueberry muffins a try, and now I am so happy that I tried it out. These were seriously the best blueberry muffins I have ever had, it was probably the streusel topping that topped it off. I'm not even ashamed to admit that I had two with my coffee.
