Rose Garden

I always look forward to dressing for the weekends. 90% of my summer wardrobe is filled with dresses and it always seems like there aren't enough days in the summer to wear them all. I can't resist fun cut-outs and I love the fun tie-knot detail in this dress. Plus, this dress is linen - so it's super breathable. I've been mentally packing for my trip to Barcelona next month and I definitely think this is a piece I will be taking with me. It's going to be super hot and sunny so easy to pack clothing that is light and airy is a must.

On this particular day Derek and I spent the afternoon walking around our neighborhood, enjoying this beautiful garden that we always pass and then went out for ice cream. For the first time in my adult life I no longer work evenings and weekends and I've been enjoying spending Saturdays and Sundays exploring the city and planning local trips with Derek and my friends. After spending so much time working on weekends I'm so appreciative of weekends, even days like this where we just get to spend the afternoon walking around and going out for dessert. Also, 75% of my outfit is from the adorable boutique Lost and Found that's located in Old City.
