I'm sure if you've been following along for awhile you know that I'm a sucker for stripes and anything reminiscent of a vintage piece. As soon as I saw this dress on Modcloth, I had to have it. It's been one of my go-to dresses for my days off, it's easy, cute and comfortable, plus it's been great for the scorching temperatures which seem to be finally dropping. I'm excited to make my summer pieces work for fall! I always love a good transitional outfit. Layers make me so happy!

I'm leaving Philadelphia for a week to go camping for a few days and then to a wine festival in Maryland. It will be a nice break outside of the city as we head into fall but I know Ill be eager to come back by the end of this week! I've never been camping before and we're going for two nights in Northern Pennsylvania. Wish me luck!
