Earlier this week Derek took me to the theater for a date night to see The Age of Adaline. The film and storyline was wonderful but the outfits. Stuck at the age of 29 for around 80 years, Adaline's wardrobe was made up of very classic and timeless pieces. There were plenty of midi-length skirts, cardigans, cozy turtlenecks and rounded-toe heels. She would would add little quirks to her outfits depending on the decade but the overall look was very timeless. Usually I'm one to be obsessed with 1950's - 1960's inspired outfits (as you can tell in my previous post) but I actually loved all of the scenes shot during the 1970's. The headbands and layering were absolutely on point.
If you haven't seen the film yet, I definitely recommend. If you have seen, let me know what you thought below!
