Stripes for the Holiday

Top (Dress): Target, Skirt: JcPenney, Shoes: Prabal Gurung for Target, Necklace: Vintage, Sunglasses: New York and Company

Happy Memorial Day everyone! I hope you all are enjoying some quality time with your families and friends. Yesterday I went to a cookout at my grandma's house with my family and Derek and it was great seeing everyone after being at school for so long. It ended up being a beautiful day, but a little chilly so that scratched out my sleeveless maxi that I was going to wear. Instead, I chose one of my favorite Target dresses and layered this long maxi over it. I love when dresses can become tops. Working on a small budget here!

Enjoy the holiday! xoxo

So something about blonde hair + stripes + a black skirt is like, perfect to me. I wonder why I've never tried it? You look most ravishing, oh lovely Chelsea!
