Weekend Wear

Happy Monday! The weekend, as always, flew by. I love having weekend plans but I also love having a lazy weekend here and there as well. This weekend was certainly a lazy one, I barely left my apartment and spent way too many hours watching Netflix but after starting out the new year with a cold and sinus infection it was kind of nice to take a break. Nothing like getting sick right at the time of the year when you're ready to hit the ground running with plans and to-do lists.

A flannel, AGolde jeans and sneakers is my go-to outfit on lazy weekend days. Madewell is one of my favorite stores so I definitely have a fair share of cozy tops from there and now I've been adding their sneakers to my closet as well. I've learned to appreciate comfort more over the years so I'm always on the lookout for cozy pieces and comfy denim and this past year I've fully embraced the sneaker trend.
