It's been far too long since I've posted a weekly recipe. I've been hearing people talk about kale constantly due to it's rich flavor and its nutrient fulfillment. Now that I've tried it, I've been adding it in everything; salads, smoothies and now in a chip form. This was a super easy recipe that was easy to throw together when I was hungry for a snack but wanted to opt for a healthier choice.
There are different versions you can make with this recipe, I found a few fun options here. I opted for a simple one with lemon juice and olive oil. When you make these tear the kale in bite-sized pieces and make sure the kale isn't drowning in the oil otherwise the chips will come out soggy.
