As much as I love the holidays it feels good to get back into healthy eating and exercise habits once again. I don't have any specific resolutions this year except to be happy and healthy, and eating the right things (with a side of cupcakes every once in a while haha) and going on my daily runs is just the thing to get me started.
I spotted this dress at Old Navy the first day they were adding them to the stock at the store, I was so excited, I grabbed one off of the display and tried it on right away. They had another one, in blue with little anchors on it that I may try on sometime this season as well. This dress may also be the perfect Valentines Day dress.
