I love that Philadelphia is filled with cute coffee shops. Back home, we only had two Starbucks and the "Mc'Cafe's". Not much of a choice when it came to coffee. Here, there are so many options! Me and my friend, Nadia, quickly found our favorite spot for coffee, La Colombe. I absolutely love the atmosphere and I'm able to sit in there for hours to get work done. Their focus is on "real" coffee. They don't focus on flavors, teas or tons of decorated cakes. Just real coffee. I'm obsessed with the slight "grungy-dark" pieces of art hanging up in the La Colombe on S. 19th street.
yummm, looks so good and relaxing atmosphere

ReplyDeleteThat place looks so cute! I live in a small town in IN and all we have is "Mc'Cafe's" and a small coffee shop called the Bohemian Bean. We don't even have a Starbucks(We did have one a couple years ago but it had to close down cause they couldn't afford to run it here. Small town life. Sigh).
