Whenever I go to make peanut butter cookies there is one amazing recipe that I go to every single time and it is THIS one. Seriously. Oh my goodness, these are the best peanut butter cookies ever. They arn't too soft or too hard and they have the right amount of peanut butter. Follow this recipe exactly and they will be perfect. Peanut butter cookies are probably my favorite type of cookies, although I also love the classic chocolate chip as well. I hope you all had a great weekend! I had a fun but super busy weekend that I got to spend with a few of my best friends. I also realized how wonderful it is to have my license, and how not wonderful the price of gas is. Ha.
