Breakfast food is my favorite food for any meal of the day. I stumbled upon this recipe while reading one of my favorite blogs, Cupcakes and Cashmere. The idea of having breakfast pizza for dinner sounded so delicious. The problem is, I've never really cooked by myself before. Sure, I've baked about 100 times, but never cooked. So, I took this on as a learning experience and I fell in love with cooking! It was so much fun being able to add whatever I wanted to a recipe and how much i wanted, opposed to baking where exact measurements are a little bit more crucial. I recommend you to try this pizza, both of my parents and myself loved it. The only thing I might have changed was that I would've added spinich. Enjoy!
