Weekly Recipe: Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies

If I was ever going to tell you that there is one kind of cookie you HAVE to make. Make these. Please. They are so soft and chewy, the middle has an unexpected burst of caramel that oozes out and the cookie is so sweet and buttery with the chocolate chips and then the sea salt adds a quick salty taste and it's just, ugh, it's great. At first I was reluctant to try these since I saw you had to add the rolo in the middle and all and it seemed complicated but once I got started I realized it's only one extra step.
